We thoroughly explain your options, so that we can accommodate your needs.  Payment plans are set up  with monthly automatic withdrawals from your checking account or credit card. We now offer our patients the convenience of paying online!

Orthodontic coverage is being included in more and more insurance plans every year. These plans are most often obtained through your employer. Many plans cover up to 50 to 60 percent of the cost with the lifetime maximum benefits commonly ranging from $500 to $2000 per individual.

However, some plans have age limits (children only) or they may even have a lengthy waiting period before the plan can be utilized. Since your insurance coverage is a contract between you and your insurance carrier, we encourage you to be knowledgeable about your individual plan benefits.

If you have orthodontic insurance coverage, our office will be happy to process your claim. Upon verification and assignment of orthodontic insurance benefits, an insurance ledger will be established and the amount of the estimated insurance will be transferred from the patient account balance to the insurance balance. For the portion that is not covered by your insurance, we will work out a payment schedule that best suits your needs. This will help to reduce your monthly payments to our office.

It is important to remember that, although we will accept payments directly from your insurance company, if for any reason, your insurance is terminated during your treatment you will still be responsible for the total remaining amount of your orthodontic services.
